Our
Story

The Why.

When my father passed, it was completely unexpected. Our family wasn't prepared for it,
and neither was he.
One of the things that he put on the back-burner (due to my parents' busy farming lifestyle) was his will. Dealing with probate wasn't fun for my mother, and I knew that one day it would be my calling to protect other families,
JUST like mine.

Your will and estate documents may not be your number one priority, but they are ours.

Your Will.

A will is a legal document that outlines how your assets will be distributed after your death. It also allows you to appoint guardians for minor children and specify your wishes for funeral arrangements.

Without a will, your assets may not be distributed according to your wishes, and your family may face legal challenges. Having a will ensures that your loved ones are taken care of and that your wishes are honored.

We make the process of creating a will straightforward and affordable. Our team works with you to ensure your will is clear, legally binding, and reflective of your personal wishes.

Power of Attorney.

A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document that allows you to appoint someone to manage your financial or legal matters if you become incapacitated.

Life is unpredictable, and a POA ensures that if you’re unable to manage your affairs, a trusted individual can step in on your behalf. This prevents confusion and legal issues during times of illness or incapacity.

Medical Directives
AKA

Living Wills.

A living will, also known as an advance healthcare directive, is a document that outlines your wishes for medical treatment if you’re unable to communicate due to illness or injury.

In times of medical emergencies, your loved ones may not know your wishes regarding life-sustaining treatments. A living will removes that burden and ensures that your preferences are followed.

We work with you to create a living will that reflects your specific desires. From life support decisions to organ donation preferences, we help you communicate your medical wishes clearly and legally.
